She shares everything she's learned about the core, how it functions and how it can make you strong from the inside out! In this fun and challenging workshop you will learn how to activate your core muscles to bring your yoga practice to the next level! Learn what muscles make up the core, how to activate those muscles during core yoga exercises, and how to use your core in your yoga practice. Core exercises will be taught to challenge your body, assist your development of core awareness and make you strong from the inside out! You will leave with a solid understanding of what constitutes the core, how to engage the core muscles during exercises, and how these exercises can prepare your body for more challenging asanas.

How To Touch With Confidence: A course in Hands-on Assists
Do you feel scared to touch your students? Unsure of how to move bones and release muscles in others? Have you developed the skill to listen to your student's bodies? Do you need a safe place to practice hands-on assists? Hands-on assists can deepen student's practices while also building trust between student and teacher. This course is designed for yoga teachers who want to develop, deepen and refine their hands-on adjustment skills. You will learn and practice how to touch in order to move the body in a safe, efficient and functional manner. Understanding how to safely move all major body parts in every category of asanas, you'll walk away knowing how to touch with confidence. (Prerequisite: 200 Hour RYT).
