Join Cathy Madeo in a 90 minute Master Class, an intermediate to advanced level yoga class. You will discover new poses and techniques to advance your practice. The class will include an intelligently sequenced yoga class designed to introduce you to more advanced postures, including inversion time, arm balances, deep backbends and more. The purpose of this class is to provide seasoned yogis with a space for exploration and those with an intermediate practice to discover new postures and practices in a safe environment.
