This workshop is designed for students who are ready to learn handstand, but don't yet have the tools to get into the posture. Cathy will help you build a handstand practice from the ground up by breaking down proper alignment, providing you with exercises to prepare you to build the necessary strength required to hold your body on your hands, and most importantly help alleviate your fears by making the pose accessible to your body.
