This fun and challenging intermediate level workshop will explore arm balances that will challenge your strength and flexibility. Working towards these poses will balance out your practice increasing both strength and flexibility. Poses that will be explored are: Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon), Parsva bhuja dandasana (Grasshopper), Visvamitrasana (extended split with twist), Tittibhasana (firefly), Eka Pada Bakasana B (One Legged Crow B variation).
