This workshop builds strength and confidence by giving you the tools you need to learn how to take flight in your practice! You will learn how to build strength to safely balance on your hands, as well as the fundamentals of arm balances. Chaturanga, crow pose, side crow, scissors, flying splits and 8 angle pose will be broken down from the ground up. This workshop is suitable for all levels. Prerequisite: Chaturanga pose
