Activate your CORE at Honor Yoga Pennington

In this workshop you will learn what constitutes the core and how to get strong from the inside out! The core is an integral part of our being. A strong core provides us with the strength and support to move with confidence and stability. The core is deeper than surface abdominal muscles and encompasses more of our body than most of us realize. This workshop will help you develop and strengthen your core (as well as your arms and shoulders). Shift the way you think about your own body by discovering different ways to access and strengthen your core beyond supine abdominal exercises. Exercises will be broken down to explain proper alignment and muscle engagement. You will take home with you an assortment of core exercises to continue to do at home as well as have a deeper understanding of what it means to “engage your core”. Be strong from the inside out! This workshop is suitable for all levels.
